We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to earn more based on performance — someone who goes beyond fixing equipment to diagnose the issue, walk the customer through their options, and deliver a great experience every time.

You'll run residential service calls scheduled by dispatch — diagnosing accurately, presenting clear repair and replacement options, and delivering a 5-star experience on every visit.

• $4,000 sign‑on bonus (for qualified, experienced technicians)

• Run residential HVAC service calls — repairs, replacements, maintenance, and system inspections
• Diagnose issues accurately and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
• Deliver clean, high-quality work and keep your job site and vehicle professional
• Complete job documentation in Service Titan (training provided)
