Rigger​/Larborer

Winston Salem, NC, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC

Seeking dependable Riggers/Laborers to support machinery moving, equipment installation, plant relocations, and industrial maintenance projects.

This is a physically demanding, hands‑on position working in industrial environments. Most projects are local and regional, though some overnight travel may be required.

• Move, install, and relocate heavy industrial equipment and machinery.
• Assist with machinery rigging, lifting, positioning, leveling, and installation.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, man lifts, and other job-related equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading machinery and materials.
• Use rigging equipment including slings, shackles, chain falls, toe jacks, hydraulic jacks, and machinery skates.
• Work safely around cranes and heavy lifting operations.
• Read basic drawings, layouts, and work instructions.
• Work comfortably at elevated heights and in confined spaces.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.

• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work in a variety of industrial environments.
• Forklift, scissor lift, and man lift experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in rigging, millwright work, machinery moving, industrial maintenance, or construction is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, safety conscious, mechanically inclined, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
