The Salvation Army (Southern) - 301 West Green Drive - Responsibilities:
Perform skilled maintenance work for buildings and grounds including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry;
Detect defects in equipment and make proper repairs or adjustments;
Follow instructions and work with little or no supervision;
Care for and use of tools and equipment to perform repairs;
Maintain safety and adhere to occupational hazards and safety precautions
