* Key Responsibilities:

**** Residential Plumbing Services:
** Perform a wide range of residential plumbing repairs and installations, including:
* Drain cleaning
* Water heater repair and installation (tank and tankless)
* Water treatment (water softeners, conditioners)
* Well pump and well tank services
* General plumbing fixture repairs and installations
** Customer Service:
*** Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
* Clearly communicate with customers, explaining plumbing issues and recommended solutions
* Ensure customer satisfaction by completing jobs efficiently and effectively
** Diagnostic and Repair:
*** Accurately diagnose plumbing problems and implement appropriate repair solutions
* Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems
** Installation:
*** Install plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances according to code
** Safety and Compliance:
*** Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
** Key Skills and

Qualifications:

*** 3+ years experience in residential service plumbing
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* High School Diploma or GED
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check and drug test
