Join us to build, prove, and protect electrical reliability

Your mission: transform complex electrical systems into safe, stable, and high-performing assets. You’ll assemble panels, wire harnesses, and infrastructure; validate performance through measurement and calibration; and respond decisively when equipment needs swift, expert repair.

How you’ll create impact (first 90 days and beyond)
Master the standards:
Learn site-specific LOTO, Arc Flash, and ESD protocols; align work with NEC requirements. Stabilize uptime:
Triage service requests; troubleshoot 480V, 3-phase issues; replace control modules; verify fixes through testing. Build for growth:
Assemble/install electrical panels and wiring to expand infrastructure; document calibrations and performance checks. Prevent tomorrow’s downtime:
Execute preventive maintenance and quality assessments on production equipment.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Install, test, and inspect electrical components, equipment, and systems; measure output/capacity and calibrate for correct operation.

Diagnose faults, repair/replace parts, detect and replace defective control modules, test outcomes, and make necessary adjustments.

Use hand/power tools and electric meters; work safely in high-voltage environments.

Comply with Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash Hazard, and Electrostatic Discharge procedures.

Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and completed repairs to ensure quality.

Respond quickly to service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.

Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed; properly utilize and store all equipment.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications3-phase hands-on experience and safe work practices rtime flexibility; ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

Team-focused; able to operate material handling equipment per safety guidelines.

Strong foundation in electrical/electronic theory; familiarity with NEC; AC/DC troubleshooting experience.

Fluent with instruments, meters, gauges, and dials; read schematics and PLC programs to evaluate system performance.

Advanced trade math skills to determine settings/adjustments for precise calibration.

Capable of interpreting complex drawings/specifications and executing detailed written procedures safely.

Demonstrated judgment and technical skill performing challenging work near power sources/high voltage with general guidance.

Education & experience preferences

Manufacturing environment experience (preferred).2-year degree in electrical technology (preferred).2+ years of experience as an electrical technician.

Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.

Blueprint/technical drawing literacy; proficient with manual and power tools.

Physical demands

Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach.

Work in tight or confined spaces and at elevated heights using ladders or lifts.

Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Use hands/tools to handle, grasp, and manipulate components; distinguish wiring colors; read small gauges/instruments.

Wear required PPE; comply with company safety policies and OSHA standards.

Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and temperature swings.
