Assist in evaluating, repairing and performing minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the building;
Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services;
Assist in maintaining the Preventive Maintenance program by providing resources and knowledge;
Receive and complete work orders and maintain records on material and labor;
Follow all safety requirements including lockout/tagout and use of PPE
