Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Oaks at Silver Ridge, a 100-unit affordable housing community in High Point, NC. You will perform maintenance in rental units, common areas, offices, grounds and parking lots, using carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing skills. The pay range is $20.00–$21.00 per hour.
Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call hours as needed. Requirements include 1–3 years of relevant experience, basic English, and good communication;
