Client Services Warehouse Technician - Trade Shows

Genesis Exhibits is a world-class trade show exhibit / branded environment design & manufacturing group with an extraordinary 37-year history, based in North Carolina, serving clients around the globe. Our fast-paced, high-volume team is seeking an experienced Client Support Services Technician at our 26,000 sq ft High Point, NC warehouse.

The Genesis Client Support Services Technician provides labor support for trade show booth builds, inventory updates, product re-inspection, field service installs/dismantles, dock receiving and any additional physical warehouse needs. The CSST follows existing protocols to ensure warehouse-related projects are completed in an organized and accurate manner.

• Organize and maintain all client exhibit assets
• Knowledge of in‑house and vendor product lines and services
• Interpret CADs, renderings, drawings, job request forms, etc.
• Repair product as part of the re‑inspection & refurbishment process
• Track and update warehouse inventory using custom computer applications
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and tool cart
• Follow all safety requirements as set forth by management
• Stock warehouse supplies/raw materials as needed
• Support trade show floor requirements including I&D labor and supervision
• Operation of warehouse machinery including forklift, scissor lift, Genie lift etc.
• Short notice U.S. travel for on‑site builds/supervision
• Work overtime hours, as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent, some college is a plus
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel, Word & Outlook
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a warehouse setting
• 2 to 4 years of trade show field service experience (on‑site builds)
• 1 to 3 years of face‑to‑face client support
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include excellent close‑up vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus in varied lighting
• Capable of lifting 75 lbs unassisted
• Able to spend 8+ hours standing, walking, lifting, kneeling, pushing and pulling, and climbing ladders (combined)
• Valid NC driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• OSHA 10 Certification (a plus but not required)
• Forklift Certification (a plus but not required)

This is a full‑time position based at our High Point, North Carolina headquarters. Occasional travel is required. Salary will depend upon experience and education. Genesis Exhibits is proud to offer a competitive benefits package and is an EOE.
