Analyze, research, investigate, document and respond to company and citizen complaints and inquiries involving specific bail bond matters.
Ensure licensees comply with North Carolina General Statutes and Administrative Rules.
Keep Department management informed about findings of noncompliance and appropriate correction action.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, or a related program from an appropriately accredited institution.
- Three years of experience in a field related to the bail bonding industry, the criminal justice system, or the administrative office of the courts.
- Equivalent combination of training and experience may qualify.
