Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. As a Logistics Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
This is a hands‑on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast‑paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets
- Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts
- Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
- Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
- Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction
- Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments
- Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles
- Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
- Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

High Point, North Carolina - Work Week & Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:00pm

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of stand‑up forklift operating experience
- 1 year of plant or warehouse experience

- Experience using Raymond‑Brand stand‑up forklifts
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

The pay rate is $20 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
