Warehouse Inventory Manager

UF Corporation is a well-established wholesale distribution business with nearly 20 years of experience serving customers across North Carolina. We operate both as a traditional wholesale distributor and a cash-and-carry operation.

Our client base includes convenience stores, gas stations, smoke shops, and tobacco retailers. UF Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock levels across our warehouse. This role is responsible for managing inventory systems, tracking product movement, and maintaining efficient storage and distribution processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and experience in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory transactions
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory
  • Make sure warehouse inventory is organized and visible to customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff on product storage and organization
  • Ensure efficient layout and space utilization within the warehouse
  • Oversee receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
  • Track inventory metrics and generate regular reports
  • Analyze trends to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages or overstock
  • Maintain and update inventory management systems
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, purchasing, operations)
