Mattress Warehouse LLC is searching for a Warehouse Lead in High Point, NC to oversee night shipping, coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations. Primary hours shift 8:00 am–4:30 pm with flexibility to cover vacations and spikes. Strong leadership, attendance, and coaching skills are required.
The role supports the Receiving Supervisor and may involve training new workers, enforcing policies, and coordinating with other departments. Benefits include 401(k) and PTO.
