 Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in High Point, North
 Carolina. As a Logistics Associate I, you’ll help deliver the products that
 support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world.
 You’ll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and
 warehouse operations. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and
 shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your
 skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety,
 quality, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

* Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets

* Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment

* Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks,
    reach trucks, and propane lifts

* Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing
    lists and SAP records

* Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues

* Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure
    order accuracy and timely fulfillment

* Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction

* Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments

* Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead

* Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles

* Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle
    counts

* Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking
    guidelines

* Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies

* Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse
    operations

Shift: 1st shift (Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm), 2nd shift
    (Monday
- Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm), 3rd shift (Sunday
- Thursday
    10:00pm-6:00am), 5th shift (Friday - Sunday 6:00pm - 6:00am)

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* 1 year of stand-up forklift operating experience

* 1 year of plant or warehouse experience

* No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience using Raymond-Brand stand-up forklifts

* Strong communication and time management skills

* Experience working independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements of Position:

* Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
