Assistant Supervisor-Warehouse
OFS is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for our North Carolina facility. Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and good work ethic are keys to success in this role. As a key member of the team, this individual will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Supervisor with the following:
- Enforcing policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Managing production schedules to meet deadlines
- Improving production efficiencies and quality
- Implementing continuous improvement activities for employees
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Must be a self-starter and motivator
- Possess the ability to meet scheduled deadlines
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the following areas a plus:
- Previous warehousing experience preferred
- Prior leadership skills a must
