The Warehouse Operator is a contract, on-site role based in High Point, NC. This position is responsible for unloading incoming shipments, organizing and packing produce, and handling materials to ensure accurate storage and inventory. The role includes operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling tools in a safe and efficient manner. The Warehouse Operator will inspect products for quality, support order fulfillment and staging for delivery, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

This role also follows all health and safety guidelines to protect team members, products, and equipment.

• Ability to perform unloading and packing tasks efficiently, with attention to product quality and order accuracy.
• Experience with material handling, including organizing, stacking, and moving inventory in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in forklift operation and use of pallet jacks or similar equipment; applicable certifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices, including proper lifting techniques, equipment safety, and food handling standards.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with perishable products.
• Basic math and inventory skills, with the ability to read labels, tickets, and shipping documents.
• Capability to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods; ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
• Previous warehouse or produce industry experience is preferred but not required.
