I am currently recruiting for a Front Office Manager at this luxury hotel in Buckinghamshire. My client is looking for a confident, energetic, and well‑organised individual to join their team. Are you a natural leader with impeccable guest experience skills within the luxury sector?
About The Position- Overseeing the daily operations of the front office and maintaining the highest standards
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel
- Act as host and provide the highest level of customer service
- Maintain a strong relationship with all the guests
- Achieve department KPIs
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
- Manage the front office rotas
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel
- Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A natural team leader
