Northampton. Commute to:
Oxford, Milton Keynes, Coventry, Peterborough, Leicester, Kettering, Wellingborough.

Electrical QS, Electrical Qualified Supervisor – Electrical Services. Due to rapid growth, we seek an Electrical QS. The role is primarily site‑based with occasional office work, blending technical leadership and field support, and offering career development opportunities.

• Act as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor – lead and oversee installations, ensuring compliance with NICEIC and company standards.
• Inspection & Testing Verification – validate test results and certify aligned with regulations.
• Post Inspection Reviews – conduct detailed checks for compliance and top‑tier quality.
• Technical Support – provide expert advice and problem‑solving to field engineers.
• NICEIC, ECA & Compliance – prepare and support annual NICEIC assignments, manage documentation, and attend ECA technical meetings.
• Training & Toolbox talks – lead sessions to upskill and inspire engineers, apprentices and colleagues.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2391 – Testing & Inspection.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certified.
• Proven track record in domestic and commercial electrical work.
• Strong EICR knowledge and hands‑on experience.
• Fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial and excellent team‑player skills.
