As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician, you'll join our dedicated 40-member team where continuous learning and development are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for skilled professionals in electrical, plumbing or carpentry who are passionate about growing their capabilities and building a long-term career with us.
Key Requirements- Strong problem‑solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to participate in on‑call rota and emergency response
- Fully conversant and formally qualified in own core trade with Basic Carpentry/Plumbing/Electrical
- Work closely with Estates Management to manage the building's infrastructure/plant and systems effectively and safely in accordance with all legislation and HTM and HBN guidance.
- Undertake fault finding on complex systems and equipment using cause‑effect analysis and detailed examination to determine a solution.
- Approved Person Qualification
- Specialist expertise in a core professional trade – plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
