Bathroom Installer (Multi‑Skilled)
Location:
Chesham, High Wycombe – travel to properties in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
Van + fuel card provided for business usage.
Salary: £41,327 per annum.

- Install complete bathrooms including bath, WC, wash hand basin, decoration, tiling, flooring and fitting accessories.
- Work independently and unsupervised to a high standard, adhering to industry best practices and health and safety regulations.
- Complete necessary documentation promptly and accurately as per company procedures.
- Communicate professionally with residents, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the work being done.
- Use materials and tools effectively, reducing waste and maintaining stock levels in the company van.
- Comply with all health and safety legislation and company policies, ensuring safe work environments.
- Occasionally mentor or supervise less experienced team members.
- City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience in bathroom fitting and general maintenance.
- Apprentice‑trained or significant experience as a Bathroom Fitter.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes of practice.
- Valid full UK manual driving licence.
- Ability to carry out bathroom installations to a high standard.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Experience mentoring or supervising less experienced colleagues.
- Broader multi‑skilled maintenance experience.
- Proactive, customer‑focused approach with pride in delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organisational skills and adaptability.
- Experience in social housing or local authority.
- Full‑time, permanent role (42.5 hours per week).
- Participation in out‑of‑hours rota, with potential to boost base salary.
