• Turn around void properties and carry out basic repairs (electrical/plumbing/trades).
• Diagnose faults, identify hazards, and make safe/resolve where appropriate.
• Record visits clearly—upload reports and condition videos promptly.
• Be the link between tenants and our Service Centre—clear, proactive updates.
• Pitch in on ad-hoc tasks and take part in an on-call rota when required.

• A positive, flexible approach and great communication.
• Quick, logical problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of basic electrics, plumbing and general trades.
• Strong time management and pride in a job well done.
