About The Role:

Synergize delivers responsive maintenance and project works across Ministry of Defence (MOD) housing estates throughout London, Kent, and the Home Counties. Maintaining high service standards across our contracts is a key priority, and we are looking for an experienced 2-person roofing team to join our growing operation.

This role involves carrying out responsive roofing repairs and maintenance works within occupied MOD housing properties.

Hours of work: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key responsibilities:

• Roof repairs
• Tile and slate replacement
• Leak investigations
• Guttering and associated roofing works
• General responsive maintenance

About You:

• An experienced roofer working with a labourer/mate
• Teams with experience in responsive maintenance and occupied properties
• Reliable individuals who can work independently and deliver quality workmanship
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience working within social housing or maintenance contracts advantageous
