YourRole
As a vital member of our High Wycombe technical team, you will:
- Mechanical Repairs: Tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs, routine servicing, and safety maintenance within given timescales.
- Expert Diagnostics: Use high-spec diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently identify and resolve technical faults.
- Quality Standards: Follow set processes and procedures to maintain high-quality, safe "first-time fix" results.
- Efficiency: Complete vehicle repairs accurately to maintain a smooth workshop flow in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Operate as a dedicated team player, ensuring a clean and safe workshop environment while utilizing provided PPE.

- Qualifications: NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification)

- Key Strengths: A motivated, dedicated, and highly organised professional with excellent customer service skills and a team-player mindset.
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
