ResponsibilitiesThe Sustaining Engineering Manager leads engineering support activities for designing and supporting current Test Equipment and Systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the continued support and implementing improvements to ensure reliability, through effective technical leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in test systems with people leadership, process ownership, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
