Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of professionally engineered software solutions that meet or exceed the company’s quality standards and business needs.

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and the user community to establish, analyze and document technical requirements.
• Produce technical designs and ensure peer review.
• Develop software within agreed timelines.
• Influence programming patterns and coding standards.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to create test plans and conduct unit, integration, and system testing.
• Participate in the resolution of software bugs identified during the SDLC or by end users.
• Collaborate, share, and learn from team members, actively following all team processes.
• Participate in Proof of Concepts and design sessions.
• Understand business requirements, designs, and wireframes and translate them into technical requirements and high‑quality code.
• Support application development activities across backend, frontend, or full stack environments.

• 4+ years of application development experience (backend, frontend, or full stack).
• Proficiency in .NET Framework/Core, Angular, JSON, SCSS/SASS, SQL, Test‑Driven Development/Unit Testing, Type Script, ES6, C#, Web API/REST.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Asynchronous Programming, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure PaaS.
• Experience with browser compatibility testing, Cosmos DB, CQRS pattern, dependency injection, Entity Framework & LINQ, micro‑services, OData, Python.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server.

Responsible for developing customized Dynamics 365 solutions and integrating between D365 FO and other enterprise systems.

• Develop customized Dynamics 365 FO solutions.
• Create programming extensions and integrations between D365 FO and other enterprise systems.
• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, including direct interactions with internal customers as needed.
• Influence coding patterns and standards to increase productivity and code quality within the D365 FO platform.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 FO architecture.
• 4+ years of application development experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 FO product family, X++, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and XML.

• Working knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, JSON.

Develop and maintain a library of Entuity software configurations and scripts, support customers, and collaborate with development and sales teams.

• Develop and maintain Entuity software configurations and scripts for data collection, automated OS backups, and OS upgrades.
• Collaborate with the Entuity Software Development Team to incorporate device support configurations and scripts.
• Assist customers with development of their own Entuity configurations and scripts.
• Assist customers with data integrations between Entuity software and third‑party software.
• Identify and resolve customer problems, ensuring workarounds or patches are available per service level agreements.
• Log and track all customer issues in the company Helpdesk system.
• Work with Sales/Pre‑Sales teams to facilitate successful Proof of Concept trials.
• Maintain current awareness of the company’s products and relevant IT technologies.

• 3–5 years’ experience with MS Windows, Red Hat Linux, and VMware.
• Knowledge of network technologies and device types (routers, switches, load balancers, etc.).

• Network device vendor certifications (CCNA, JNCIA).
• Experience operating and supporting infrastructure monitoring tools.
