Accreditation Specialist

The Accreditation Specialist manages and maintains the accreditation lifecycle for QUAD A facilities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for facilities, providing guidance, support, and timely responses to inquiries. The accreditation specialist's responsibilities include assisting facilities in achieving initial and/or renewal accreditations, reviewing accreditation materials for accuracy, providing ongoing customer service, and managing a monthly aging report.

Full-time, hourly position

Standard hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Hybrid work arrangement: 2-3 days in-office, remaining days remote

Travel:
Infrequent

$21-$23 per hour

Reports directly to the Accreditation Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility inquiries, providing accurate and timely guidance
• Process start-up, initial, and renewal survey materials
• Manage second and third year self-survey processes
• Review and process mid-cycle facility change requests
• Issue survey deficiency reports and track follow-up actions
• Review and process Plans of Correction and Evidence of Correction
• Maintain and update facility and staff information
• Conduct floor plan reviews
• Monitor and manage the monthly aging report
• Provide support for onsite survey activities as needed
• Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
• Capable of meeting established deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team setting
• Skilled in maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment
