Junior Automotive Service Advisor / Service Drive Greeter

Acura of Highland Park, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring a friendly, energetic Junior Automotive Service Advisor / Service Drive Greeter to join our automotive service team. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers:
  Welcome service customers as they arrive and create a professional, positive first impression.
• Support the service lane:
  Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor, waiting area, or dealership department.
• Coordinate vehicle flow:
  Help maintain an organized service drive by communicating with advisors, porters, and technicians.
• Communicate professionally:
  Answer basic customer questions, provide updates when appropriate, and deliver a helpful guest experience.
• Maintain a clean environment:
  Keep the service drive, customer lounge, and waiting areas neat, organized, and welcoming.
• Work as a team:
  Partner with Service Advisors and dealership staff to provide efficient, high-quality automotive service support.

Qualifications:

• Customer service mindset:
  Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Organized and dependable:
  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm in a busy dealership service department.
• Professional presence: A polished appearance and courteous demeanor to represent the Acura of Highland Park brand.
• Valid driver's license: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, dealership, or automotive service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Schedule:
  
  Availability to work dealership hours, including some Saturdays, may be required.
