Instruction-Teacher Effectiveness:
Quality of Questions, Monitoring of Student Learning During Instruction, Student Assessment, Feedback to Students, Responses to Students' Needs During Instruction, Persistence

Instruction-Student Engagement:
Expectations for Learning, Directions and Procedures, Explanations of Content, Activities and Assignments, Grouping of Students, Instructional Materials and Resources, Structure and Pacing

Professional Responsibilities and Personal Qualities:
Instructional Records, Non-instructional Records, Communications with Families, Participation in a School/District Community, Relationships with Colleagues, Professional Growth and Development, Professionalism

Qualifications:

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with proper endorsement(s), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Appreciation of cultural diversity, Ability to effectively incorporate instructional technology

Working Conditions:

Salary:
Per NSEA New Teacher Hire Grid for the  school year, excellent benefits, TRS Retirement Pension Service Credit, paid sick, personal, bereavement leave, and other benefits.
