Laccura Medical Spa is seeking a skilled and client-focused Medical Aesthetician for a full-time, on-site role based in Highland Park, IL. The Esthetician will provide advanced skincare treatments, including face, body, and hair removal services, to meet clients' needs and achieve desired results. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, recommending personalized skincare routines, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role also involves collaborating with the team to promote services and products to enhance the client experience.

• Licensed Esthetician in the state of Illinois
• 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or similar environment
• Proficiency in skincare treatments, laser hair removal, and cosmetology practices, with a strong understanding of beauty treatments
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships and promote products and services effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute

• Providing facials, chemical peels, body treatments, laser hair removal, and mirconeedling treatments.
• Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule
• Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.
• Interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications, and examining skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments.
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and services
• Demonstrate product demos to clients and educate them on skincare routines
• Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
• Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times
• Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics and beauty industry
• Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions.
