Woodhouse Spa – Highland Park is looking for a founding Lead Spa Concierge to set up the front desk from scratch and shape how the team greets guests. You will partner daily with the Spa Director to ensure the first and last impression reflects our luxury brand.
You will lead front desk operations, coordinate guest experiences, and drive VIP requests while maintaining a high standard of customer service and brand adherence.
