Nursing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Registered Nurse to step into the role of RN Manager in our Highland Park, IL facility. This permanent, full‑time leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, supporting clinical staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The RN Manager will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance workflows, uphold quality initiatives, and foster a positive and efficient working environment.

• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff during day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training for nursing personnel
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and allied health teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Address patient and family concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Support organizational goals through strong clinical leadership and strategic problem‑solving

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
• Prior experience in a nursing leadership or management role
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to lead and support clinical teams in a dynamic environment
• Experience with staff development, workflow planning, and clinical oversight
