• Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
• Setting: Emergency Room
• Schedule: Full-time, nights, 7p-7a
• Pay: $36-55.80/hr base pay plus applicable shift differentials and full benefits (medical, dental, vision options, tuition reimbursement, paid parking, HSA, retirement options plus PTO and holiday pay)

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. Uses critical thinking to assess patients’ condition, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or willingness to obtain within five years of employment
• Current state of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• At least two years of Emergency Room (ER), Emergency Department (ED), or Trauma unit experience required
• Currently holds or ability to obtain within three months: ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• TNCC is a plus
