Full Time, 36 hours per week, 7:00AM – 7:30PM, Day shift with rotating weekends.

$36.00 – $55.80 per hour, based on expertise and years of experience.

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on the unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contribute to patient safety outcomes and promote a high‑quality patient experience.

• Current professional nursing licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Graduate of an NLN‑accredited nursing school; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• Prior nursing experience; if new graduate, CNA experience preferred.
