Hourly Pay Range and Sign-on Bonus

$36.00 - $55.80 hourly, determined by experience and other factors. $20K sign-on bonus. 1+ year of IR experience required, 2-year commitment.

  Day Shift, M-F (4 days per week, 7 am start)
• On-Call responsibility – must be able to report to Evanston within 30 minutes

• IL RN license
• Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing school required; BSN strongly preferred
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required (issued by American Heart Association)
• 2+ years of critical care experience highly preferred

• Provide nursing care for Interventional Radiology patients
• Administer IV conscious sedation and medications under physician direction
• Monitor patient status during procedures and respond to emergencies, including contrast reactions
• Start IVs, manage central lines, and perform dressing changes
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and care teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Coordinate and support daily procedure scheduling and patient flow within the IR lab
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
• Document all care and procedures accurately in Epic
• Support quality and safety initiatives, including inventory and equipment readiness
• Precept and mentor new staff and assist with training of team members
