Registered Nurse

Role

Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and effective care across patient populations on a specific unit. Utilizes the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating care, involving patients and families. Ensures regulatory compliance and assumes accountability for patient outcomes. Provides guidance to unlicensed staff and collaborates with healthcare team members to optimise patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Graduate of a state-approved nursing program (BSN preferred), valid IL RN license, CPR/BLS certification. Prior RN experience preferred, with basic computer skills required.

Independently manage patient care, communicate effectively with team members, and participate in on-call rotations. Uphold standards of practice, and contribute to a team-focused environment.
