Role: Registered Nurse, Neuro Stroke Telemetry
Responsibilities- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on a specialized unit
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise and coordinate care delivered by unlicensed assistive personnel
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required
- Graduation from an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR Certification required
- Prior nursing or CNA experience preferred, especially for new graduates
