Role:
Registered Nurse responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding unlicensed staff to deliver high-quality care.

- Apply the nursing process effectively
- Maintain compliance and accountability for patient outcomes
- Support safety initiatives and quality improvement
