Fire Alarm Field Technician - in Highland Park

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Fire Alarm Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in the installation, service, inspection, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems.

• Install, program, test, inspect, and service fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm panels, devices, and communication equipment.
• Complete inspection reports, service tickets, and related documentation accurately.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with fire alarm systems.
• Experience with commercial fire alarm systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and low‑voltage systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• General work hours 7:30 am to 4:30 pm:
  Monday through Friday.
• Technician supplied basic hand tools.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
