FP&A and Treasury Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A and Treasury Analyst to perform a dual role supporting financial planning, analysis, and treasury operations. This position will be responsible for reporting to HQ
, managing cash flow forecasts
, and delivering accurate, timely financial insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle ad hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.

Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for HQ.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and KPIs.

• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity planning.
• Prepare and update short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor banking relationships and optimize cash management processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and controls.

• Deliver accurate and timely reports to HQ and internal stakeholders.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to corporate financial standards.

• Participate in special projects related to finance, treasury, and business performance improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in FP&A and Treasury functions.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry strongly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury management tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Language:
Fluent Korean (required), English proficiency preferred.
