Entry Level Computer Technician

OVERVIEW

This position will require onsite presence at our facility in Highland Park, MI.

The Level 1 Computer Technician supports order fulfillment, inventory management, and basic technical tasks. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented and eager to grow their IT skills through hands‑on experience with device staging

• Order fulfillment (80%):
  Inspect, stage, package, and prepare computers and peripherals. Coordinate with shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Inventory management (10%):
  Maintain inventory of computers, servers, switches, and IT devices. Ensure required equipment is stocked.
• Ticket support (10%):
  Assist with basic troubleshooting, including imaging issues, as time allows.

• 1+ year supporting Windows‑based PCs in a multi‑user environment
• Proficiency with Word
  , Excel
  , One Drive
  , and Teams
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or lift. Must lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
