About the RoleAs a Behavior Technician or RBT, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs created by a supervising BCBA.
Your responsibilities will include:- Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Following treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collecting and tracking session data
- Supporting skill development and promoting positive behavior
- Sharing progress with your clinical team
- Flexible scheduling
- Supportive supervision and ongoing feedback
- Competitive pay ($20–$30/hour)
- Opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health
- Support in completing your RBT certification if you’re not already certified
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to complete RBT training/certification if not already certified
