We are seeking a Systems Administrator & Business Applications Analyst to take a leading role in the administration, support, configuration, and optimization of our business-critical technology systems.
This position is ideal for a technology-minded problem solver who enjoys learning new applications, improving processes, troubleshooting issues, and working with people across an organization.
The Systems Administrator & Business Applications Analyst is a key resource for the systems our teams rely on every day. From accounting and payroll to purchasing, maintenance, and other enterprise applications.
If you're the person who likes to figure out "How does this work?", "Why isn't this working?", and most importantly, "How can we make this better?"—this could be the role for you.
As the Systems Administrator & Business Applications Analyst, you'll serve as a primary administrator and internal expert for multiple business applications across the organization:
Administer, maintain, configure, and support multiple business-critical software platforms.
Serve as the primary administrator and organizational resource for applications including, but not limited to:
MIP Accounting Awards Up Keep Amazon Business Bill.comPaycom
Other enterprise and business applications
Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, workflows, configurations, and system settings.
Monitor system performance and functionality and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate system updates, upgrades, integrations, and new application implementations.
Maintain accurate system documentation, procedures, and configuration records

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
3+ years of experience in systems administration, business applications, IT support, business analysis, or a related technology role.
Experience administering and supporting business software applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with multiple enterprise or business applications.
Experience with accounting, HR/payroll, purchasing, facilities, or financial management systems.
Experience with MIP Accounting, Paycom, , UpKeep, Awards, or Amazon Business.
Experience working in a nonprofit, healthcare, human services, or similarly regulated environment.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, access controls, and data privacy.
