Highland Springs Post Acute in Highland Springs, VA is hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our long-term care team.

All shifts available:

• 7:00a-3:00p FT and PT

• 3:00p-11:00p FT and PT

• 11:00p-7:00a FT and PT

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care
• Support nursing staff and care teams
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
• New CNAs welcome – training and orientation provided
