Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bookkeeping and accounting principles, along with the ability to manage multiple clients across various industries. • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance for clients, including gathering necessary documentation.
• Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries and provide financial insights.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably in a CPA firm or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Pay Range: 55,+
