This is a full-time, on-site role based in Highland Village, TX, for a Retail Manager. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing inventory, providing staff training, maintaining the resale area to align with company standards, and fostering an engaging customer experience. Additionally, you will analyze sales trends, develop strategies for growth, and collaborate with the team to enhance overall performance.
