Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in San Bernardino County, CA for a Project Manager/Superintendent specializing in HVAC. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and efficient completion. The role also involves managing project logistics, conducting inspections, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the Project Manager/Superintendent will expedite equipment and materials, coordinate team efforts, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications- Experience in Project Management and coordination of HVAC systems, with a strong ability to plan, schedule, and oversee project tasks.
- Proficient in tracking and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Knowledge of Inspection practices and compliance with quality and safety standards for construction and HVAC projects.
- Experience with public projects, HCAI, and labor compliance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in HVAC-related projects is required, and familiarity with energy and building systems modernization is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software tools and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Quality and/or safety certifications preferred.
