Highland Palms Healthcare Center is a premier short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Highland, California. We are committed to delivering personalized care through a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Whether helping patients recover from surgery or managing long-term conditions, our goal is to support each resident's journey to their highest level of independence in a caring and supportive environment.

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Help residents improve their ability to perform daily living activities
• Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care in a dynamic rehab setting
• Support a positive and engaging therapy experience for residents

• Current COTA license in the state of California
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for helping others regain independence
