REAL Journey Academies is seeking an IT Technician to support Entrepreneur High School in Highland, CA. You will maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware and peripherals, and assist with network issues to keep classrooms connected.
Reporting to the Senior IT Analyst, you will serve as the primary helpdesk contact, image and deploy systems, set up workstations, train staff on software, and manage hardware assets while helping improve technology service at the site.
