Manage the department within the store to achieve weekly, period, and annual sales and profit budgets;
Train and coach associates within the department;
Develop a back-up who can run the department in the lead office clerk's absence;
Set up cash drawers for front end personnel and reconcile cash drawers and deposits;
Operate service desk systems, enter information, and run reports; complete accounting reports and forms; handle cash and media deposits; monitor safety and reporting procedures
