This is a W‑2 company driver position. Drivers work directly for MDB Transportation with company support, professional dispatch, steady freight, and a full benefits package.

Compensation: Solo drivers earn $0.60 per mile. Drivers are paid under a mileage compensation program that is designed to compensate the full trip cycle, including driving, loading, unloading, pre‑trip inspections, post‑trip inspections, and required work time related to the load.

Sign‑On Bonus: Qualified drivers are eligible for a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
