Southwestern Illinois College is accepting applications for the full-time administrative position of Nursing and Health Success Coach.
POSITION DESCRIPTIONIn accordance with the Mission and Values of Southwestern Illinois College, the Nursing and Health Sciences Success Coach facilitates nursing students learning within the Nursing programs at Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC). This is accomplished by one-on-one time, group setting, review of classroom material. This position interacts with students, staff, administration, faculty and the general public-at-large. It also involves information of a confidential nature.
This is a full-time, grant-funded, twelve-month administrative position, contingent upon external funding.
Associates Degree in Nursing required.
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois required.
Two years of nursing or health sciences experience required. Experience in Higher Education preferred.
Experience with student information systems to include People Soft and Brightspace applications is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Access and Excel required.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire.
SALARYSalary Grade 2 on the Administrative Pay Scale, ranging from $44,691 to $55,841 per year.
